I am currently working on purchasing a home and had this company come out to help service and inspect the home for any issues that may need to be fixed. Unfortunately the technician talked to the current home owner and was told to put an item in that was not approved by me and I did not know it went in. He then had to take it out (I was not aware this was put in or taken out) and I was charged for the work. Kevin was understanding on the phone after we spoke and removed an hour of work due to the erro. I was disappointed to find out they did not service any of the propane stoves however in their defense and unknown to me, there was no propane to run the equity and properly test the appliances. I give this company 5 stars for working with their customers to make the situation right.

Excellent customer service from this company. They had to come out a couple different times to resolve an issue that was intermittently acting up. They were patient and did not overcharge me for service fees. Highly recommend.
