I'm 80 yrs old, Lisa Service Mgr & Jamie Technician, both very kind, made big repair to my 16 yr old Lennox, runs better than when new!!

Michael was very knowledgeable and explanatory. I appreciated his detailed explanation so I could explain to my husband who was at work and unavailable by phone that day. He is a former Auto mechanic so he understood immediately. Thank you Michael! We hope you will be the person they send back out in a few weeks.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. I called the company after to compliment the technician and the service.

Twice they have come out and gotten me all fixed in the same day. First time was furnace issues and the second time was a gas heated water tank that ruptured. 5 hours in and out they had me all fixed up with a new tank. Thank you to Jamie for keeping us with heat and hot water both times. He's a really nice guy and a pleasure to talk to.
