A must do! What a splendid farm. Inviting, friendly, informative, and caring staff. The animals were plentiful and happy. We loved feeding the deer! The barn shaped store/gift shop was filled with sweet items and a beautiful friendly cat named Pumpkin. Indoor bathrooms were like brand new ...immaculate.
We came upon this deer farm accidently while we were on the way to another , highly recommended animal park. The experience was delightful. I loved the deer trying to run me over because of snacks I carried with me. One of the reindeer didn't like my fiance too much but loved me which I found amusing. The entire experience was worth every penny. This is not only a place for children but also for adults. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend for anyone to spend an afternoon at.
The Grand Canyon Deer Farm is a fantastic site to visit! Staff is personable and extremely friendly, and I ended up feeding the deer FIVE times; simply because it was SO. MUCH. FUN! The property also had many more unique and exciting wildlife to see, and I can't reccomended visiting enough! Also, deer food is highly affordable! Enough so that you can feed multiple times without worrying about cost!!! ud83dude0a
Ohhhhhhhh my goodness we took our 4 year old grand son to the Grand Canyon deer farm what a great experience he had. He loved feeding them, walking among them ( with out fear). There so cute and of course very friendly. You can tell from the minute you walk into there store that they are very well taken care of. All the staff are very kind and friendly as well. Prices are more than fair. As grand parents we recommend this place to those who have small children and of course grand parents. This place deserves way more than a 5.
One of the cute little hidden gems in the North country of Arizona about 20 minutes west of Flagstaff. Especially great for kids but even adults can have a good time seeing and feeding some animals. It is a short nice excursion it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to get through the whole thing.
