Called Plumbing Solutions of Idaho, to my surprise they were able to come that day for an estimate. Gage stopped by and was very knowledgeable, he found several things another company didn't do right and explained everything along the way. If it wasn't for Gage we might not of even found those issues until they were hidden in the walls and we got a major leak later down the road. The estimate was fair, he came out two days later and got the work done, he explained everything and was very honest and professional. He educated us on the proper fittings that should of been used, we are so happy we will never use another plumbing company again. Thanks Gage and the team.

Our technician identified the issue with our recirculating hot water heater pump. He was able to sort out this when other plumbers couldn’t. He was very thorough and professional. Cost was reasonable for an hour’s work and level of expertise.

Kyle was so awesome and was respectful! He wore a mask the entire time, gave us all the information we needed and gave us an accurate time frame of how long it would take. He was kind and professional all the way through! I would recommend him to my family and friends!

Last evening at around 7 pm I received a call from an elderly tenant who reported that her toilet was plugged. I called Plumbing Solutions of Idaho and was advised that the after-hours fee would be $100, which I agreed to pay. Jerry arrived there within an hour, which was reasonably responsive. He called me to say he had diagnosed the problem as a plugged toilet, and the fee to unplug it would be $279 plus the $100 after hours charge for a total of $379!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe my ears and asked him to repeat it, which he did. I told him to stop right there and not do anythig else, and I would pay the late fee of $100, which I did over the phone. I jumped in my truck, traveled from Boise to Meridian, the location of the apartment, and easily unplugged the toilet with a common plunger in less than 30 seconds, saving $279. Jerry's proposed unplugging charge was highway robbery at best. I will not call Plumbing Solutions of Idaho again.

Gage was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently in two household jobs and was very personable. I’m a HUGE FAN of this company’s style of contacting via text, phone and email to keep communication open and make sure everyone is on the same page. Definitely recommend Gage and this company!
