This a museum of our local Native Americans. It is quiet, children are welcome but should be respectful and not touch. The curators are very gracious and helpful.

Awesome experience! So much to learn, and a humbling experience first hand of the beautiful spirit of Yavapai nation, in a serene environment. Ms. Andrews and staff are very kind and knowledgeable, well able to keep the kids interested (even teenagers!!!). Indian tea, which is available for tasting, was a real treat! It's absolutely a hidden treasure of the former Arizona territory capital. And if you can support them it will be a money well spent.

Amazing displays of weaving, pottery, art, and other artifacts from prehistoric to modern times.

It's a wonderful place to wander around in. Lots of antiquities and more modern stuff. A great little gift shop too.
