I have been using Gilbert & son Chem-dry for well over 20 years. They are excellent, & never cease to amaze me! I think they’re really magicians, & not carpet & tile cleaners, because they totally transpire my carpet & tile to where they both look new.nThey always show up for scheduled appointments, and are as friendly as can be. When Rachel & Sara show up, it’s like my friends came for a visit. We chat as they work, & when they leave, I find that I love my carpet & tile all over again.nI highly & enthusiastically recommend Gilbert & son to anyone who wants a thorough & professional carpet or tile cleaning! In two hours after they leave, I can put my home furnishings back in place, because they don’t drench the carpet, & no mildew forms. The best or nothing- Gilbert & son Chem-dry!

I had a oil spill in my hall way. I called Rachel and she got me on the schedule. I was an add in at the end of her day. She came at 7 Pm and stayed almost 2 hours trying to get that oil out of my carpet. She was persistent and determined to do everything that she could. I am extremely grateful for her hard work. Rachel is very personable, friendly, and you will absolutely love how she goes the extra mile. I have had her come to my home several times all with the same results and attitude. Thanks for your dedication.

Rachael and her crew are the best. Their customer service is over and beyond and their prices very reasonable. We have used them for years both in the office (which needs cleaning regularly with all the massage lotion that gets dropped onto the carpet) and at home. Absolutely I highly recommend them.

Rachel and her Chem-Dry team have been cleaning the carpet at our practice for many years. Whenever she is done with the job, the carpet always looks great! We often get compliments from our patients on how nice our practice looks, and those compliments are partly due to the carpet looking new.
