I'm deducting 2 stars because of the weird hours. I went with google hours and when I got there they have a barely-visible, hand-written sign with their hours on the window. They are terrible hours for a dry cleaner. I haven't been able to get my items because they open at 10am most days. Makes no sense.
So I've been going to this dry cleaners since I moved here in '97 when it was in the Bashas shopping center. Great staff, reliable service, and my stuff looks great. Don't hesitate to use them!
I brought in a down comforter that had a big patch of horribly sticky stuff from one of those sticky mouse traps on it. I thought it was totally ruined. However they got the sticky stuff out completely, and there was absolutely no dry cleaning smell on the comforter. I was very happy with their service.
Good prices, very good employees
They lost one of my silk curtain panels, the owner would not call me so I could file a claim which is my legal right, even after multiple attempts to reach them. The clerk tried to lie to me that I'd only dropped off one panel when my receipt said two. Said she had counted the pleats and there were 15 and just one panel, until I showed her a picture to prove her wrong and my receipt which clearly states two. Poor customer service and total lack of taking responsibility. As a business owner in town, I can't imagine treating my customers like this.
