We only use Colts for our dry cleaning. Always nice and professional and my husbands suits come out great every time.

I was In a situation where I needed something dry cleaned quick, I was only in town for 48 hours. I asked how soon I could have it done on a Friday. She told me I could have it next Tuesday. I told her I was only in town for two days so it wouldn’t work, may I please know of another place. She then said, customers pick up after 5pm and I will dry clean today and you can pick it up tomorrow, which is how most dry cleaners operate where I’m from. I was ecstatic that it would work and gladly left the item with her. Even though she said 5pm I tried the next day at 1:30 just Incase and low and behold they were closed at 1pm until Monday. I was infuriated! Why, because I ended up driving my daughter two hours away to college and had to drive back on Monday 2 hours to pick it up and take it back to her. Then had to drive 15 hours to get myself home. Shame on me for not reading her ratings, but shame on her for not running a more professional business for the customers. I would have picked it up much sooner had she mentioned she was closing early. Never again! Not to mention she didn’t even do a profession job and actually get it cleaned. I paid another dry cleaner and they got it spotless.

The owner of the company is very willing to cause serious inconvenience for customers as long as it means a final dollar in their coffers. Clothes were dropped off on Tuesday only to receive a call Thursday saying that the location was being shut down on Friday and the clothes would need to be picked up or they would be sent to another location miles away in PV. The lady who called (Debi) has always been so helpful and courteous but the owner allowing orders even though they knew the place would not be open long enough to fulfill the order and not informing customers ahead of time. The owner should be ashamed of their actions which cost their customers time and money with no consideration for any of us, their customers.nThanks again to Debi for all her hard work and kindness in the past, good luck out there and God bless.

I brought a wool blanket here to be dry cleaned. When I got it home I hung it up with the plastic bag still covering it. It was in the back of my closet. I got it out today to sell it, and you guessed it, they didn't do anything but take the dog hair off of it. It was not cleaned!! I'm very disappointed and after about 6 months, I doubt they will take my word for it. Will NOT be taking anything there again.
