Always clean and always someone there, the owner is so nice and very helpful.
The place was very run down and most of the machines say to not use them so there is very little washer and dryers u can use. The lady was very rude and suggested that we not come back because she told us that we put too much in the washer and she began to dig through our laundry. She would not let us use the washers that were supposedly too full even if we emptied it out more. This lady should not have her job as she is very rude and not friendly at all. We will not be going back and the only reason we did go there was because the one we usually use had a lot of people. This laundry mat should not even be open as it is very run down
I loved the little ladys here! They were so nice! And helped me quickly with whatever I needed!
If all the washing machines and dryers were working, it'd get 5 stars.
First time using this laundromat, visiting from out of town, pleasant experience! Parking was simple, Google Maps provided no issues with navigation. The attendant, Marg, was a sweet lady! She seen I was using two of the medium size washers for heavy items, and pointed out the large capacity washer in the corner, which ended up saving me a couple dollars! Might not seem like much, but really appreciated! She seemed to recognize regulars, referring to them by first name, which shows attentive customer service! Clean, quiet, peaceful and comfortable environment. Machines used (one small top loading washer, one large front loading washer, two small dryers, and one medium dryer) all functioned well, clothes came out clean and fresh! Wish the laundromats around home were more like this!
