Just wanted to thank ALAN for his incredible professionalism. He went above and beyond when I had a problem, fixed it and makes sure when I go again my experience is great. He remembers me and makes me feel welcome every time. I have always seen him helping others, with a smile on his face and willing to do his job. In general this location has a good team, but ALAN is now the reason why I go back. Customer Service is all it matters. You guys are lucky to have someone like him. Does a great job on washing your car with machines there oh, the staff that there are always smiling and happy to see you. Great place and great people that work there. I'm always going to be a fast pass member.
Car wash was not working properly. We spoke to the manager, they ran us through a second time in the poorly working car wash. Spoke to the manager again, he said it was working fine. We dried off our truck and the towels had visible dirt on them. When we were leaving the manager ran his personal vehicle through, I'm guessing to see how the car wash was working.nI believe he should have done that before we left.nUltimately unsatisfied!!! Not worth the 15.00 we spent.nManager, I hope you learn better customer service.nWe will be using the new car was from now on.
Fast, clean everything you need! Also, I had an offer of getting my car detailed inside! I can wash my car as MUCH as I want, for one low price, perfect!!!
Why would you ever wash your car yourself again... I take my car through about 20 times a month and I pay $30 a month. My car looks excellent all the time, it take about three minutes and I don't have to lift a finger.
