Nice location, pricing, definitely a great place to clean your vehicle. Bonus, Vacuums are completely free to anyone, some work well while others barely at all. Although rare, the ability for someone to stop at the end of the car wash and cause a chain reaction of vehicles hitting each other is possible and recently happened. Either having an attendant or maybe an alarm that sounds if you don't move right away would eliminate this problem. Overall, I like it and will continue to use my monthly plan.

I did the cheapest wash, $7. It was fine, did the job. I pulled into a vacuum space where one vacuum hose wasn't working ( I think the valve was shut off). Not sure why. I also wasn't able to find any vending machine for cleaning products. I think I saw a sign that indicated vending machine. Is there one?

I love this ud83dude97 wash youre in and out in no time. We usually go through twice. We pay one price per month and we can go all we want and why not! It's a popular car wash. Nice employees and clean. We'll worth it you have to sign up for a option that works for you ud83dudc31ud83cudf1e✌ufe0f

I don’t feel that I get my money’s worth here. I pay just as much at other places and I also get a wipe for the car and a deodorizer. Half the vacuums don’t work that great as well as the air nozzle to blow the water out of the window seams.

On Sunday my daughter was in the car wash and had soap on her windshield blocking her vision. During this time someone stopped and tried to get out of their car at the end of the tunnel. This caused a chain reaction which resulted in my daughter hitting the truck in front of her 3 times before a worker manually shut down the car wash. They had us fill out an incident report and basically sent us on our way. Police do not handle private property issues and Ocean Blue failed to give us any of the information, which they had, for the lady that caused the accident, they got her plate number as she left. Kyle didn’t call till today, 3 days later, and offered no help or assistance just stating we need to file a hit & run report and they are not liable.nnThe impact was pretty hard and my daughter did get injured as well as very shook up. This place has no care or compassion for any of its customers or their property. He showed no empathy and was completely cold. I will never refer this place and share our experience to help ensure others never go through anything close to what my daughter went through.
