Exceptional customer service. Fast and high quality wash. Came in with a very dirty vehicle and they made it shine. The hand prescrub before the automatic wash was helpful.

Nice place. No touch car wash. The attendants are very kind and do a good job before getting dirty loose and after drying your car.

Used the self serve wash bay.. foamy brush spit out a pink liquid that didn't cling to vehicle and no foam at all. Switched to high pressure soap but that sprayed only water...there was zero soap. Timer didn't beep during final seconds which alerts you to drop one or two more quarters needed to finish.. had to insert another full payment.nI saw a young male attendant so I approached to share my disappointment, notify the business of the problems, and get a refund. When I stated that the high pressure soap didn't have any actual soap, he got confrontational and asked if I know the state regulations. The conversation escalated to the point where I realized the cocky kid was probably the owners son and felt he would have no repercussion from talking to a customer the way he did. Another attendant and obviously a hired person who cares, tested the system and confirmed my complaint then refunded my money after reporting to the kid.nAs for the total establishment, I'd say the word 'spa' is a stretch..its just a run of the mill gas station type auto wash with diy bays and a confrontational juvenile attendant lacking customer service skills.nI'd be weary of using the automatic wash for fear of not getting restitution if there was a problem or damage to my vehicle.

I really want to like this place... I mean, I've been going here for years now and it just seems to get worse over time. The equipment doesn't seem very well kept. The last time I was there I decided to do the manual car wash and the sprayer was leaking and soaked my pants, then I tried the spray wax deal and it leaked and soaked my shirt with some kind of foam. I'm not incompetent and have been to many car washes and never had this happen. The automated car washes are ok. The better one is pretty decent while the other one is just basically a rinse for $10. I do appreciate the staff on the exit that drys the car and windows. Just not sure the good out weighs the bad considering the competition offers much more for the same price...
