Roto Rooter did all kinds of work for us. We completely feel taken care the entire process. We appreciate how they took the time to explain the steps and didn’t mind us learning a thing or two behind them. Nick and Javier are easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend this company and we will be using them if any plumbing needs are needed again.

Terrible service and would not recommend. They came out to try and figure out what was wrong with our toilet. They came unprepared and had to come back the next day after not being able to figure out the cause of the problem because they forgot their camera. They charged us excessively and the price just kept climbing. We ended up stopping them because the wanted to charge us $15,000. I called them a couple of days later because I wasn’t there during the process and wanted a break down of what they did. So far no response. I would suggest you call someone else if you’re having plumbing issues.

They came out right away and did an excellent job. The hot and cold was reversed in our front bathroom from the previous owner. They had it fixed in no time! Much appreciated.

Really happy with Mike and Marcus and the work they did! Called and got appointment to arrive 2 hrs later and they stayed late into the evening to ensure job done completely

I will keep this short and simple. One of my rental units had a backed up sewer line. It was a Friday. I was out of town so i had my tenant arrange for a plumber to clear the line. She called Roto Rooter of Reno. To clear a 'soft blockage' (running an auger through the clean-out) I was charged $411.95! I have been a landlord managing my own properties for over 20 years. I have NEVER, EVER, had to pay this amount of money for a simple drain clearing. In my opinion, this company took advantage of the circumstances (late in the day on Friday - knowing I had to get the line cleared as this is a habitability issue) to charge this outrageous amount. Rip off ! I will be writing the corporate CEO to detail my experiences with this local contractor/franchisee.
