The only saving grace for this location was the friendliness of the people manning the front desk. The carrier looked as if it hasn't been vacuumed in a few weeks. The rooms were decent. The bathroom needed help. Someone needs to use Lime Away on shower head. Water pressure nil. Standing water from slow/poor drainage in both shower and sink. Then when I came to check out the was no one there. A lady in room 330 had been sleeping on the counter a majority of the night after being locked out of her room. When I checked in, I was informed no one was in duty from 11-8, but that all we needed to do was call a number and someone would be really available. That didn't happen. Needs help at this location.

It was after we were checked in that we were told there was not any breakfast available when they are still advertising that there is. There was only two hand towels thankfully we had packed our own. The blankets were also stained. Also no hair dryer avail. Not worth the $84

This is a Good Product for the Price and the Service of the Staff and Amenities are Satisfactory. However, the Furnitures of the Units are dated; and, I suggest that the Decision Makers should consider replacing the Furniture of the Units be replace with more modern and better condition, in order to be more Marketable with a very Competitive Market.

Paid for two nights.nChecked out at 10:00pm on second night.nLeaking water from base of toilet on bathroom floor. Toilet didn't flush. Bubbled and swirled.nCable tv worked when it felt like it.nNever vacuum carpets on back stairs or upper floor.nVery load guests.nVery dissatisfied and disappointed.
