Johnny Rockets

Service was lousy. I went to Johnny Rockets thinking a to go order for a salad would be quick. The waitress took an instant dislike to me when I changed my mind from the type of chicken I wanted in the chicken club salad. She rolled her eyes and sighed deeply because she had to change my order from grilled to crispy chicken on the computer screen. I saw the cook make my salad as I sat at the counter. When it was done, I saw the waitress put the salad to the side. Even though my meal was ready to be given to me. It then took the waitresses, about five minutes before she brought it to me. She gave me the package and turned around and walked away without saying a word. The next time I want to be treated this way, I'll go visit my ex wife. I don't plan on going back to Johnny Rockets.

Very busy time of day this afternoon. I told the waitress we were in a rush and as she got our drink and meal order. Got everything we ordered right and refilled our drinks. We didn’t wait long and we were very happy with the food and service. Thank you.

Well, we were completely ignored for ten minutes. How does a server make eye contact with you at the bar and STILL ignore you?! Let alone TWO servers?! This was ridiculous.

Employees are very very very rude bad customer service it's bad

Johnny Rockets was excellent my waitress was very attentive, friendly and helpful with the menu first time @ this 50's themed restaurant the service was quick less then 5 minutes and my meal was at my table nice and hot !!!! my burger was juicy and delicious my French fries and onion rings were cooked perfectly I also enjoyed a couple of cold ice teas with lemon I had a wonderful dinner this evening here @ the Route 66 hotel and casino cheers my friends and God bless.
