My boys attended sunrise for a year and absolutely loved their time there and their teachers. And it made me feel good that all the teachers there genuinely seemed to love and care about my boys. The teachers even got emotional when we moved and had to switch schools. They were always pleasant to work with and flexible which I appreciated so much. They worked well with my divorced situation, where my ex and I would transition there which was so nice. I would definitely recommend this school! I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I think they and the kids attending would benefit from healthier lunch options which would likely take more staff help. And also more involvement letting the parents know what the child is learning, doing etc.

We love Sunrise Montessori! My daughter is in preschool and loves her class. All the teachers are fantastic. I love the activities they get to do that traditional schools don't. I'm happy we chose this school.

My kids have been going here for about 8 months and they love being here the teachers are great with the kids with teaching them basic life skills and how to be polite. Shontell and brandy really pay attention to them and let me know how there day has been and how they did in detail. I highly recommend this school.

It's the best place ever for you kids to learn,and have fun. Teachers Liz, Martha, Flor, are the best!! My little one loves her school 😀

About The School: Sunrise Montessori has been serving the families in Bountiful and Layton since 1993 and 1999, respectively. The schools are fully licensed with the state of Utah and go through an inspection twice a year according to rules. We have continuously satisfied all standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism. We offer an authentic Montessori program to our children and consequently, they blossom academically and socially. They become excellent readers, great spellers and develop beautiful penmanship. Their Math skills are solid. Spanish is a strong part of our curriculum. We provide ample supplies of materials for them to explore Science, Geography, History, Art, Music.
