Staff was very friendly and we had a great experience. The lady at the desk at night, and her step daughter in the morning, acted like they were long time friends with my fiance. It was funny to listen to them talk. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
I genuinely can’t believe a hotel this nice is this cheap. I’ve stayed in places four times the price that didn’t have facilities near this nice. Large rooms, very accommodating staff, this is where I’m staying if I’m ever here again no question. Fantastic warm indoor pool as well
We were SO IMPRESSED! The 2 women that helped us were so kind, even though they were so busy! This was a spur of the moment stop because of a nasty winter storm. The breakfast worked out well (considering the COVID restrictions), and the beds were so comfy! We will definitely keep them in mind for future stays!
We've always enjoyed country inn and suites. The manager on duty was awesome. Room was very comfortable.
Had to stay there due to winter storm: The building is old and dated. Thermostat in room did not work. Staff was notified, however all they could do was apologize. We were told we would be switched to a different room after notifying/approval from the manager. This was never accomplished. Horrible customer service. Definitely, do not recommend.
