They were quick to respond, professional and polite.nThe service person who came and helped me with an estimate on my furnace was great!nThe installation team that came were very professional, and caring of our home. They had shoe covers and placed tarps and carpet protectors all the way to the furnace area. They completed the job very quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. The system is great!nI will use them again in fact they will be doing some new plumbing work in the future.nVery Satisfied.
We had a great experience with Hardcastle Heating and Air. We had them do an entire replacement of a hot water heating system. This was a very large job and the results were spectacular. They were incredibly responsive from the beginning of the project to the end and there follow up on any questions we had were quickly answered. We have been running the system now for 4 months and everything has been running flawlessly. We will continue to use them for all future plumbing needs.
They replaced my entire piping system and helped us do it for as little as possible and still financed with us during this really financially difficult time. They were so nice and polite, they worked quickly and efficiently and understood how important it was that we got running water back. I would knight them if I had the power, they were awesome and I can't thank them enough for helping us out this year.
Kyle was the most professional person I have worked with. He was so knowledgeable and informative about not only the thermostat but also our heating system about which we had some questions. I would recommend Hardcastle and Kyle very highly! THE BEST!
Kyle and Tyler arrived to take a look at our heating which turned out to be something very simple but not only did they diagnose the issue but they also answered numerous questions about our system. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future.
