I contacted this business at 8am and had a service question. The female who answered the phone was SO RUDE! I was polite and she couldn’t be bothered and had the worst attitude. There are so many plumbers in town. If this one is rude, I will just hang up and call the next one. You might want to hire someone who cares about your customers.
1 star since they answered the phone when others did not. Hired to clean and service my furnace. Service was performed and later a home inspection was completed for prospective buyers. The blower motor was not touched. Covered with debris that was photographed by the inspector. When I contacted the office about the filth on the blower motor they gave me excuses as to how and why it was so dirty. Also tried to tell me the blower is not part of the furnace. Maybe they plumb better than they clean.
They were quick, reasonable, and did a great job when it mattered.
Picture this: a 120 year-old split radiator supply pipe, in the furthest reaches of a crawl space in a beautiful historic building, on a Saturday, two days before forecasted sub zero temps. We were referred to Teller Plumbing & Heating - specifically Tyler. Tyler quite simply made - it - happen. After 10+ hours on the job, Tyler had us up and running. It goes without saying we were enormously relieved, thankful, exhausted, but mostly thankful. If you need the best in the business, contact Teller Plumbing & Heating - we are SO glad we did.
