I called Altitude Plumbing, they put me on their schedule. They kept their appointment on time, and kept their schedule to update all faucets, replace recirculating pump, and other non functioning items that i cannot recall the names...nGreat service, great company to have in our home accomplishing repairs..nWe are like... you know.. satisfied.. totally.nRecommend them 100%

Thought the first time was fluke.nnBottom line, I have been over satisfied every time I have worked with Colin and his team!! Always easy to get a hold of, and works with your schedule.nnColin has helped me with commercial and residential plumbing/water issues. Most recently he worked on my personal residence and treated it like his own. I got to witness first had what my clients love about Altitude Plumbing. I called a handful of plumbing companies this morning, and Colin was the only person who called me back, and within minutes too. Our water pipes were completely frozen throughout the entire house. Our house was built in 1895, but the plumbing was all replaced last year. To say I was panicking would be an understatement. Colin came out as quickly as he could, just to go through the house and give us advice. I greatly appreciate him taking the time, even when it did not benefit him in any way. Now I know not to bother with any other companies for future needs!

Colin is great, very personable & professional. Troubleshot the problem & provided and installed a new kitchen faucet that looks great and is upgraded what we had. He is honest and has great prices. We will be using Altitude for all of our plumbing needs!!!
