Dave and Jeff were great to work with. Dave arrived in the morning, assessed repairs need, provided an estimate and then stayed until the job was finished which took both guys way past normal hours. Dave is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Jeff was through and meticulous. They left our home clean and were professional throughout. I would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
We received a low temp sensor alert in the middle of the night. Thankfully All American Heating has a 24 hour emergency answering service . Even better was the fact that we knew the technician, Eric, from previous work done on our hydronic system, so when he said he was on his way I had the peace of mind and confidence that he was reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. He kept in touch with me as he made his way to our property and within his first five minutes, identified the issue and saved our home from severe freezing damage! We are so grateful and can confidently recommend All American Heating to everyone in Summit County!
Had a leak in my main water line and the technician worked after hours to fix it promptly. Very nice office staff. Also had them back to troubleshoot a problem and they fixed no cost. Love that kind of service!!
Office manager was awesome got me in when they were booked. I have a cabin in warm springs ranch and my furnace had gone out I live in Colorado Springs and she sent a tech out right away. I received a call from the tech( Luke) when he was on his way and once he found what was wrong he called me and explained what the problem was, very much a gentleman. I will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you all for the quick response.
David Pike was very helpful in taking us through the radiant floor heating system in our potential new home. He was a great teacher and helped us feel less intimidated by the the boiler room. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand
