I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was shown my very dirty air filter and told them to change it. During the air filter changeout, the glove compartment got accidentally broken. I told the Assistant Manager, Trent, and he said that he would replace it for me. The next day he got an exact replacement and installed it for me. I was very pleased with the quick fix and will go there for future oil changes.
This shop always goes out of their way to make sure each customer is taken care of and satisfied.
In my 34 years of vehicle ownership, this was the best experience with mechanics I have ever had. Their prices were reasonable, the work was excellent and they were polite, professional and fast. As we all know, the business model with Lube Centers is to continually up-sell you into unneeded or premature maintenance BUT these guys told me only what needed to be done and what was optional for later. What more can you ask for? They also did a few extra things above and beyond to get me on the road ASAP. Jason, Kurt and Dustin all jumped in to get it done. Amazing techs and good humans. Could not be happier. Glad to see Mom and Pop shops competing with the giants whilst delivering a better customer experience. Support your local shop!!
I stopped in a few days ago during a blizzard because I was having car issues and needed help. The staff were incredibly friendly and immediately helpful, and I was very grateful. Although they fixed an issue that isn't a normal service they offer, I can say that they are professional and reliable, and would trust they would do good work on the services they offer. Thanks!
