Best salon I've ever been to!!! I go to Jerri for all my facial, eyebrows, and lash needs. She always does an amazing job and is extremely sweet and professional. I go to Steph for my massages which are always amazing. She has helped me so much with my back issues. She is so knowledgeable and kind. Becky does my nails and does an amazing job!! She is the best nail tech I've ever met. I usually go to Cindy for my hair who does an amazing job. I've never been disappointed and she is the sweetest person I have ever met. Plus I can't say enough about the head massage all the hair gals do while they shampoo your hair. I've also heard amazing things about the other ladies who cut hair and they are all always extremely kind when I see them. I would feel comfortable having any of them cut my hair. I highly recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed.
Awesome salon. Cindy does a fantastic job with my hair. I was fortunate to find a great salon up here in Bailey.
I am new to the area and was setup to see brandy. I was quoted prices that were on the website. However after my hair was done, she charged me $50 over the quoted price. I spoke to Cindy the owner afterwards who tried to come up with any excuse possible for the overcharge. None of which was done to my hair. It was a quick highlight and trim, no extra services. She said she would speak to her and get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. I also tried calling to get my hair fixed since it was poorly done and nothing. I now have to get it redone just 4-5weeks since brandy did it. Very disappointing for a small town place. I have never received such poor service and lack of caring in the other cities and towns I've lived in. This unfortunately cost them my business for the next 30+ years.
