I needed a gift card and of course downtown parking impossible.nI just moved here so don’t know downtown.nJayson took my info, stayed on the phone till Pulled on front of office then brought the gift card to my car.nGreat service Jayson!
Booked a message online. Got a confirmation email. Showed up for my appointment and the place is closed and moved to a new location yet to open. No one answers the phone. Poor, poor job guys.
I've been to this location 3 times, and just signed up for the membership because of my experience with Dylan. His demeanor has always been friendly, professional and calming. His experience level and passion is apparent. I struggle with hip dysplasia, a labral hip tear, and loss of the curve in my neck- all of which lead to a lot of imbalance, tightness and pain. Dylan has done amazing work on my muscles and even given me great tips for a daily routine. Also anytime I've been in the office all of the staff have been very friendly, professional and prompt.
Celeste is amazing!! I have had lower back issues for 6 years and tons of knots...I’ve also gotten massages all over the world for years and can say she is top tier...she spent ample time working out my knots and although I’m sore today which is to be expected for the pressure level I requested.... I immediately felt better in my hips and back and I know that tomorrow will be amazing!! Highly recommend her for your chronic pain!! Also the customer service was awesome and I’d highly recommend!
