We bought a new washer and dryer to replace our old ones. When Lowe’s delivered the washer and dryer and went to turn off our water to the water the pipe broke off and our laundry room flooded even down to our neighbor. We had to shut off the water and we live in condos so everyone lost their water. We called pipe it up plumbing service and they were super nice and responsive. The guy Juan Jimenez came by within a half hour and informed us that it’s an easy fix. He ran out and got the stuff we needed to fix the pipe and had everyone’s water turned back on in record time. Super nice guy. This was our first time needing a plumber and we will not be using anybody else. Juan will be our go to guy from now on for everything that we need. Awesome guy!

We are finishing our basement and needed running water and drainage extended to the opposite side of the basement. Juan worked with us and our contractor to plan this out within our limited schedule. He was professional and patient.nnThe work was completed efficiently and on time. He took the time to explain everything we had questions about. We’re hoping to use him in the future to do other work in our home. A really nice young man.

We had all of our plumbing repiped for our bathroom and kitchen, and Viktor was an absolute rockstar. We had some issues along the way but Viktor was always quick to remedy the situation and would come over as soon as he could to fix the problem. He worked really hard to get things done in a timely manner and would often go above and beyond.

Juan was awesome! He was super nice and fixed everything really quickly. He wore a mask the whole time which we really appreciated, even though our dog did not lol. Our dog barked a lot, I guess he was jealous Juan could fix our plumbing issues and Moose could not. Thanks again, Juan!!

I use Pipe it up for both my HOA and personal needs! They are always super responsive and the plumbers are always on time. They are also super honest with their quotes and recommendations. I would highly recommend Pipe it up. Shout out to Juan who recently went above and beyond in fixing a leak! He’s the best!!
