Easy to schedule and work with. Driver (Leif) was courteous, helpful, and very professional.

I had to leave a stellar review of this bus company. During this fluid time, they were more than accommodating, friendly and overall great! We had to change things a few times and had last minute requests which were all taken care of. We will certainly use them going forward with our needs!

ACE was excellent. They were extremely easy to work with and our driver was excellent. We will definitely use them again when we are in the Denver area.

Ace coach was booked for my wedding through the Marriott hotel. I sent my card information to have the shuttle paid 3 times through email. Only to receive an email from the company over a month after my wedding stating they haven’t received payment. My wedding party was 30mins late to my venue and we had to rush to get pictures! I was shocked when i received the emailing asking AGAIN to send my card information after I had already sent 3 times. I didn’t feel comfortable so i stated I would rather call and pay over the phone. They then asked the hotel to email me and attempt to get my card info through email I again stated i did not want to have my info lost and i would not send through email that i already working directly with the shuttle company to pay by phone. The company took a week to respond to my email agreeing to have me pay by phone. I stated i would call them the next day, each time i called I got a voicemail. To then receive a threatening call stating they would come after me if i didn’t pay! I had been responding to all communication and never giving off the impression i wasn’t going to pay them! They tried to say that I was past my time according to my invoice when they didn’t even contact me to receive payment until over a month after my wedding which i thought was ALREADY PAID! The fact they put their unorganized mistakes on their customers is beyond unprofessional! I was dealing with my father having surgery to have cancer removed and let them know a lot is going on and i had thought this was paid never did i stop responding and for them to begin to threaten me was unreal! DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Your information will be lost and they will blame you!
