It is a pleasure each & every time I stay at this Quality Inn. I am greeted on a 1st name basis & it is always a warm welcome, along with courtesy, care & genuine hospitality.nThe owners who run the establishment do a pleasant job at all times & the staff are awesome as ever. Nice quiet, comfortable rooms, but just a little tight. Nice pool, good service.
I booked a reservation through Expedia after being told I was not able to make a reservation through them directly. We had Covid exposure and driving back on the snowy roads we panicked and thought we should book a hotel to wait out the snow. As soon as we booked our conscious got the better of us. Within a 2 minute time frame we canceled the reservation. They will not give us a refund and the craziest part is when I called the hotel, a man named Arther answered and refused to give me his last name. I told him I have a screen shot of canceling the reservation right after it was booked and he said that he’d see us in court. I’ve never had an interaction so crazy and absurd from a customer service industry. Believe me if they are hurting for money this bad, you do not want to stay here!!!
Clean, quiet and convenient. It is located right off I-70 and is visible from the interstate. There is also a grocery store within walking distance right next door, so anything you need is close by.
Pleasant staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient to the Eagle-Vail airport.
