We are so impressed with the company. Great service over the phone and amazing service on location. They take their time to explain things to you. They give you knowledge to determine if it is in fact something the home owner would prefer to do themselves. When they are in your home you are their main focus. Came out 2 times to assist us before we even agreed to use their service. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Plus they have an apprentice program and we need more of those in our state!
Excellent diagnostics of a periodic noise (which turned out to be a water pressure regulator issue). Professional team who were polite, honest, craftsmen whose workmanship and communication skills through various stages of the installation were exceptional. Would not hesitate to call them again and suggest to neighbors.
Patriot Pros are great to work with. We called on a Monday morning when our 22 year old furnace was dying and they were out the same day. Not only did they fix the current furnace enough to give us heat for the night, they were able to replace the entire unit the next day. All of the guys were very professional. They explained everything to us and cleaned up after themselves. What a great experience.
Entire experience was fantastic! From booking an appointment online to calls to confirm the appointment and give a 15 minute warning before the technician arrived to the actual time spent with the technician. Chad was professional and extremely helpful. He provided peace of mind regarding our HVAC system and pointed out a couple items that should be looked at further before they require an emergency fix.
Patriot Pros did an outstanding job installing a new heating system and new air conditioner in my new home. They worked tirelessly until the job was done and were careful with the house. The heating system was difficult as it was in the attic, but they knew exactly what they were doing and now I am warm and comfortable with much less noise.
