Fabulous services! Clint G. was extremely professional, honest, and took care of what needed fixed and did a great job fixing the pipes! I am so happy to have used Mr. Rooter and I will continue to use them for all future plumbing needs! Prices are reasonable, a very professional team, and the work is done correctly and cleaned up nicely as well. I highly recommend and highly recommend Clint!

This is a long overdue review yet a very necessary one. Mr. Rooter - and Mr. Alex Britt, in particular - was one of the only services available AND responsive in town when the city got hit by the record-low temperature back in mid-February. I had called at least about 10 difference places with no luck after my garage had been flooded for hours, and Mr. Rooter and their team expeditiously prioritized and arranged a dispatch when I almost gave up on getting help. Mr. Britt was an exceptional technician to work with, and not only was he cordial and professional but also very competent and thorough. I normally take Google reviews with a grain of salt but I was proven wrong (in a very good way, of course). Whenever I have an issue with plumbing, I know I can confidently rely on Mr. Rooters, and I hope this review helps with others' trust in the company.

Technician Robbie was able to come earlier than expected. He was very kind and professional. He replaced my water heater in a timely manner and best of all, he did not try to upsell as I have experienced in the past with a vendor. I was very happy with Mr. Rooter service!

Larry came out and quickly found the source of the leak and was able to fix it. He was very professional and friendly today. I always get prompt and quality service every time I call.

Looking for advice to maintain clear drains and avoid odors or clogs. Appt made with Mr Rooter for free estimate. They addressed our questions and checked water flow/drains. They made recommendations for managing our drain/sewer system. Professional and knowledgeable - will call them next time.
