Very helpful and they know what they are doing!!. After spending a month trying to get someone at home depot to explain the footage and waste. I went to wood brothers. They had my sale done in an hour. I'm very happy with the price and quality.
Great customer service. I didn’t really know what I wanted and John walked me through the whole process. They even recommended an installer(Jason Anderson) he was amazing. He did such excellent work on my floors. He went above and beyond. Great experience from start to finish!!! Highly recommend Wood Brothers. I also highly recommend the installer Jason Anderson!!!!!! I recently finished a floor/carpet installation and I owe a sincere thank you to Scott and everyone at Wood Brothers.nnI am not a handy person, and I know nothing about carpet. Scott and his team were kind enough to talk me through the process, explain the pros/cons and help me find a great installer to get the process done at an incredibly reasonable price.nnKnowing that you can trust a business is incredibly important, and Wood Brothers delivered.
Drove by the place for years. Finally stopped. The people working were very very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back if I ever have another need for flooring.
Joe helped us find carpet on New Year’s Day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The installer he sent out ( Jason Anderson from JP Floor Covering) was absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve met in the trade industry. His work exceeded our expectations beyond anything imaginable.nWhen Jason arrived to measure for the carpet install, we liked him so much we had him install laminate flooring as well. His carpet and laminate install really made our remodel pop. He worked late and fit our job in at the last minute. He completed the job early so we were able to keep our timeframe for move in.nI will definitely shop Wood Bros again and refer JP Flooring to anyone considering flooring or carpet.
