Crank this review up to 11 stars! The Drain Doctor duo showed up ON TIME to clear a blocked clothes washer drain. They listened to my comments about the issue, checked both clean-outs and also went under the house to inspect. They cleared the drain. They tapped right into the issue and made my spine tingle. The sound of the washing machine draining is music to my ears.
The repairman, his name is Bobby Jarrel, was punctual and nice. Straightforward in telling what was the problem and made recommendations in the future.

It was late at night when our kitchen sink all of a sudden wouldn't drain, so we called Drain Doctor. I didn't expect them to come at that time, but a plumber named Jake came within in hour, which was great. He was so knowledgeable and kind, and he did a great job fixing our sink. It was worth the cost of the job, and I highly recommend Drain Doctor for emergency issues late at night.
We call them on Saturday afternoon and they came within an hour. They found a broken pipe under the house and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable for the job.nnThey came on Monday and started the job and finished it on Tuesday.
