They fixed a pretty significant gas leak for us. I called several plumbers before getting in touch with them and they were able to get out to us within a day of having our gas turned off by PG&E. Alex Dingle was our technician and he was above and beyond professional, friendly and completely capable. He even was able to win our old dog over that typically does not like strangers in the yard.nnThe job ended up being quite the endeavor, with our yard, deck and brick walkways getting tore up to remedy the situation. In the end it was all handled and gas was turned back on within a couple days. The yard and brick walk way was put back into place exactly where it had been. They were not the cheapest but probably not the most expensive either. They did a great job! Would definitely hire them again.

We discovered a leak under the house yesterday requiring our natural gas to be shut off. Jeremy B. showed up promptly today and quickly discovered the problem in an old, unused and rusted line. He checked our other under-house lines, gave us a good report on other conditions down there and cut the 75-foot pipe into pieces so he could get it out. He came out from that crawl space quite dirty but still cheerful. Quality work at a reasonable price. We're happy customers!

Our sewer line repair was a very challenging job due to old clay pipe at a steep angle. Sean and Israel put a great deal of time and effort into getting it right. We recommend Boyd Plumbing!

Sean was very professional and was able to give me good options to solve my plumbing issues. Although I chose anot her more specialized company to do the repairs I would use Boyd and recommend them for most plumbing issues. A real class act in my opinion. Many thanks to Sean..

The entire experience with your company was one that I would recommend , from start to finish the tech that you sent was complete in both explaining what his services were to be and upon completion showing me what was actually done, all of which were as was quoted. He has a wonderful personality and I feel that he is a real asset to your company, if I have further need of services, I would request him.
