The crew works hard and tries really hard... However they DON'T towel dry and the water is so bad it leaves horrible hard water stains on everything. Their soap (acid!?) mixture permanently discolored and streaked a brand new trailer I had them wash... I was charged $145 and needed to rewash the truck and trailer immediately just to get the hard water stains off. I left a message with management and of course, they never returned the call.
It has gotten terribly hard to find a good truck wash these days.
Costs continue to rise for services to trucking companies / owner ops (any many other businesses too), and the quality of service continues to fall nation wide.
I don't usually complain or give bad reviews, but for $145 my truck and trailer should have been spotless. There was thousands in damage caused to the paint on parts of the specialized trailer I took here.
They make your truck look great and the prices are very low
Loved the detail work they did to make sure the job was exellent. Will be back for sure.
They always provide excellent service. Even that they have few workers but, they always go above and beyond.
