All of our officers are valuable and precious resources. I was raised to believe cops are bad people... now I think it would be an honor to be one. Thanks for all your hard work RCPD, the citizens do notice!!!!

When I was arrested, I received first class treatment. The cuffs weren't too tight, the cop car was clean and comfortable. The jail was better than any 5 star resort I've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend committing crimes in Rapid City.

The only thing they have to offer the citizens of rapid city are, extortion, and kidnapping. This pretty much makes them mafia goons.

I went on a ride along with officer Strampe on June 15th and he was an amazing officer and had an outstanding morale. The department itself is accredited and is well respected for its outreach in the community and the reputation of their officers.

Thanks for all you do, but some of the dispatchers smh. Trying to explain a simple traffic problem at a local high school and this woman was straight up stupid.
