I had the good fortune of being introduced to Samuel a few years back by our contractor during a kitchen renovation that required relocating and updating our tankless water heater system. After many bad experiences with plumbers in the past, Samuel was a breath of fresh air and we were absolutely impressed with his work from the start. He was knowledgeable, punctual, his work professional and meticulous. He worked extended hours each day to insure we were not inconvenienced. This job later evolved into some waste line upgrades and once again, his work was excellent. Since that time, I have used his services on at least a handful of occasions and most recently, a complete kitchen sink renovation for my mother's house. He worked about 12 hours non-stop to make sure he finished the job and even sourced tile that would match her kitchen tiles that are about 40 years old. It's details like this that set his service apart. Lastly, his pricing has always been very fair and reasonable. To that end, it is without any hesitation that I recommend Rooter & Beyond to anyone looking for a reputable, responsive and honest plumber.
Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs. The service was excellent. Had a late night emergency on one of my tenant drain being clogged.They went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable of what their doing. Appreciate their professional service and you guys will appreciate their great service too.
This company has plumbed the last three custom homes I’ve built as well as several repair jobs. Clean, smart, respectful, responsible, and experienced. Most importantly their attitudes are so refreshing. They just really want to do the best work they possibly can.
Samuel is a fantastic plumber. His work is impeccable and clean. He knows how to make plumbing systems work correctly and explains how he will approach problems and his repairs. He will be our go to plumber from now on for all our plumbing needs, both personal and business!
Water heater broke and had no hot water. We called and they came right away. Friendly service with reasonable prices. Extremely happy with the service we received. Would highly recommend.
