The building is really nice at first glance but the materials used for finishes are very cheap and wear down very fast. Maintenance is a joke, they just do a bang up job on any repair request and usually break or ruin something else in the process.

I found a Subletter for my apt at 84 Buell apt 4 because the landlord wouldn't stop hassling me about parking even though I parked in the spot he told me too. landlord changes his mind so so much

jng properties handles many of the buell st condos 86,84 (1-5 apts) owned by a guy named neil gardner. This is my 2nd year renting from this guy and he is a hack. call him and he will send someone to fix your oven, washer, and even lights that is straight out of compton ( i know this seems a little wrong to say) but he does hire any guy who he can call to fix it and this one guy came to our property and demanded we tip him for fixing these things and even asked to stay the night in our complex. mr. gardner is a crooke too trying to charge us extra for any single thing he can; park wrong (50$) also he will show up at any time to bug you. 8pm, 9pm, even midnight. good luck renting from neil gardner he's the worst.

jng properties is own by neil gardner a bad landlord. overpriced, stingy, and terrible communicator. will be at your front door once a week only to tell you that you didnt pay rent . please do not rent from him. also a little racist
