I had the very best customer service when visiting this Arby's location on Tuesday afternoon on September 8th at approximately 2:00 PM. The person, at the drive through window, I truly wish I had gotten his name so that he gets the deserved recognition, wore a green gold and white color winter type hat. He made me feel as if I was truly a valued customer, thanking me for coming back and allowing them a second chance at proving they can and will do better. His words were very powerful and meaningful and truly did make my day. Thank you for going above and beyond in your words. Thank you for making my day not just that day, but days later still having an impact.

I have a friend who absolutely loves Arby's horsey sauce. I thought it would be fun to get her a large quantity of it for her birthday. I left a message on the corporate website, only half expecting to hear back. A few days later I got a call from this location offering to order an extra box (of 800 packets!) for me. It's going to be a great present and I'm so thankful to manager Derek and the company as a whole for their thoughtfulness.

The fried turkey club and wrap are delicious. They are advertised as limited time menu items, it would be great to see them added as perminent menu additions.
