Ok place to eat
Tried ordering on the app and after I received my notification that my order was ready I still had to wait 15 minutes. Ordered box of supreme taco first five had three or less tomatoes on them and one had no meat. This Taco Bell seems to be going down hill recently.
Make sure your customers can’t hear employees bad mouthing them through the window. I ordered two Supreme Doritos tacos. They weren’t rang up as supreme so, I asked to double check at the window and the cashier let the cooks know. It is a simple mistake. Then a woman from the back yelled “if she had ordered it supreme then it would be supreme!” Very rude, and the cashier was also on his phone while taking orders. Not impressed with the service.
Service was awesome! Employees were amazing! They talked to us while we waited for our food and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this Taco Bell. The one over by Walmart on the truck route is terrible. You want to feel appreciated come to this one located on Mount Rushmore Road.
