Usually great service. This time Not so much. There was some talk kid in glasses with terrible verbal skills...10-16-20. 5:15pm Was when he last worked... Do buyer beware!!!

So frustrated, we were in town and decided to call in an order. We were sitting outside the store, and were told we had to go ONLINE to order, refused to take a phone order! This is ridiculous! I asked what we can do without a smart phone. He said they were busy and if we wanted a pizza to fond a way to do it online. We don't live in the city. He said they didn't need to worry about people who can't do this they were plenty busy. This is the kind of customer service that kills a franchise.

Papa Murphy's is always a great place for value and taste. I don't think I've ever had a pizza from there I didn't like. They're fast and convenient too.nnThere was only one time where I was a little surprised by the price of our pizza, but it's mostly because we ordered everything individually and custom, and didn't take advantage of any of the sales; so that's kind of our fault.nnOverall, good food & a good deal.

I was welcomed as I arrived by Braden and Kaden, both were busy but immediately stopped to help me! As I ordered a taco pizza, what I thought was a crack in the wall was that pale skinny girl who is always there(Karen?). She usually impresses me by knowing my full name Helilb Etch but this time she politely informed me that taco was seasonal. She was very intelligent but needs to find someone to steal fries(and a shake) from imo.The store was very clean and my pizza was phenomenal. As I was leaving, Braden invited me to come back by name and I definitely will!!!!!
