I paid a very fair price for work that exceeded expectations, in a turnaround time that was shorter than originally estimated. Dealt with two different folks, both of whom were very pleasant. What else do you need? Also, the automated text when the job is done is nice.
This is a top notch operation. Highly recommend them as the dry cleaner to use. They also offer a wash, dry, fold delivery service that is great for businesses that use a lot of linens.
I have been using Pier cleaners for years. They have excellent service and do a great job! Can't beat the pick up and delivery service!
The woman that is working the front counter is unpleasant. She genuinely should not be working with the public if she is so terrified of the pandemic. We ALL need to be careful, of COURSE, I'm just as self aware as anyone with common sense but she is OVERLY fearful and rude about it. The cleaning service is great overall, but the customer service could use some serious help.
Wife brought two coats in. Woman liked one so much she offered to buy it. Next thing you know they claimed they never received the coats. Guess the woman really did like that coat. I dropped off some cleaning which my wife was picking up when she went to put in a claim on the coats while I was away on business - they ran my credit card while I was away - they charged my credit card again when she took the cloths - I GIT HIT TWICE AND THEY STOLE MY WIFES COATS! Guess I'll be looking at one of the other three cleaners in town.
