Great folks! Very helpful!
Whenever i needed any plumbing part I used to go to granite group. I will not go there again. In the parts/materials department there is a very bitter, crusty, older man with glasses he wears down on his nose. I have rarely ever witnessed a supposed customer service person so very disrespectful, down right RUDE, and unhelpful to many customers. I have seen first hand, as well as a been a recipient of his unkind words and demeanor. A different career in horse manure shoveling is in order for this jerk. Good luck Granite Group
Called ahead about ordering shower stalls and fixtures .the person I spoke with met me at the door with a smile . Had a great experience
Love going to The Granite Group for all our client needs they have both high- end and reasonably priced fixtures to choose from. They are always helpful, friendly, courteous and prompt. There availability on products is great and if they don't have it they usually have it within a day or two. We highly recommend going to Granite Group for a great experience.
I have to agree with Jim C about the showroom sales people. I've been in there a few times over the years and had the same experience trying to get their attention. Are they soooo busy that they can't at least greet you when you come in and offer help should you need it? It's just very strange that someone in sales completely ignores a potential customer.
