Reds Kitchen

The best RI Food Truck hands down! We love Reds, so much we even had them cater our wedding. Let me tell you, they were amazing. Got constant compliments on all the food from everyone that went. They can literally do everything, they did cheese plates and appetizers for cocktail hour. We choose 4 Sandwiches for the main course (Plain Jane, Chimichurri, Chicken BLT, & Red Hot), choice of fries or salad for a side. And then we had them do a Fry Bar for later on that night. They absolutely killed it! Max is a Genius when it comes to putting flavors together. Reds made our wedding perfect and we were beyond happy with them. We are life time fans.

I just want to start this review off by saying reds is hands down the best food truck food. I had worked on a different food truck for two years. So I have been to countless food truck events and have tasted foos from at least 20 different trucks. Reds always had the freshest, best tasting food. The staff was always beyond friendly. I do not live in the area, but will be going back very soon to get some more of their delicious food!!!

I just saw an advertisement on NBC news for Food Trucks. Red's was the only one featured in this story. You see two men preparing food inside this truck, one wearing a green bandanna around his face and the other, wearing his around his chin. Mouth and nose completely exposed. Both are preparing food. The advertisement was specifically for showing how food trucks can come to your neighborhood and prepare and bring you food all while being safe during this pandemic. This advertisement specifically states that no money or credit cards are to be exchanged and all orders must be done online, so it will not have lines in front of them. Let's say, for the sake of an argument, that you were only cooking for this advertisement and not preparing food for someone else to eat. The whole point of this video was to show that food trucks can operate safely and they must adhere to the health department's guidelines.nnUpdate: 7/27/20: I wrote to Reds Kitchen about this. I never heard back from them.

I picked up some fries and a cheesesteak from their truck at Food Truck Friday. Absolutely worth the money! For fries I got the parmesan and the chimichurri. The portions were huge and the fries were delicious. The cheesesteak (I just got the plain jane) was way too greasy in my opinion. But for $14 I got two meals and a snack out of it, so I can't complain too much.

Reds did an amazing job with our food tonight at food truck night. Hooked it up with some nachos and the quality of the food was amazing!! Highly recommended if you want good food.
