Love this place. They make you feel like family. I have been going to Aidile for over 20 years. She has always been hospitable, kind and more importantly, professional. She and Burdell always take the time to discuss what type of style you want and what will work best with your hair texture. They will always work with you to achieve your desired style. Also, they are opened on Sundays if you want a quick blow dry!
Staff wasn’t very friendly. She Cut the elastic on a mask I had special made, wasn’t very apologetic. Clippers keeps pulling my hair. Took a closer look once I got home and it’s horrible. Gonna have to pay for yet another haircut to fix it. Not retuning.

(This is logged in as my husbands email), Booked an apt online, walked in and “the person who was supposed to do my full set can’t be reached” not even a sincere apology. Receptionist asked if I could come back later for her to do them. I told her I have a lot of things to do today and that I couldn’t. She didn’t care whatsoever. Why didn’t they call me to tell me the lady who was supposed to do my nails wouldn’t be in? I drove there for nothing and the receptionist did not care whatsoever. Not friendly at all, will never return. Disappointed.
