Foxy nails and spa

I went to this salon for a pedicure and full set of acrylics. Ive had a hard time finding places in the area that do a nice shaped set of longer acrylics and I'm very happy with how these were done!! Julie did a great job and also took care of an ingrown toenail I didn't realize I had during the pedicure. It looks and feels a lot better :) Not a huge selection of regular polish but there is a lot of gel. Not the most pampering experience but the best results I've had in a long time. I'll be going back!

Rush job !!! All about money not customer service or good work.. got my nails done yesterday, today oct 21st 2020 , 2 broke... definitely a bad nail salon.. dont waste your money here

People were friendly and worked with me towards repairs on my vehicle.

I’d like to start by stating that I don’t believe in leaving negative reviews on businesses, but the employees are rude. I’ve been to the salon multiple times only because my nails came out great when the gentleman did them, also very nice, but whenever I had a woman I left feeling upset. They are not friendly. They get visibly annoyed with you, huffing and puffing, if you choose more than one color or want a different shape (laziness. The customer is paying and tipping, and it is their job). One time a woman was mad at me because she did something I did not ask her to do, a simple miscommunication, acting like I was inconveniencing her because she had to fix it. Unsure if sarcasm but there’s no need for it, it’s unprofessional and makes sitting there extremely uncomfortable.nnThe last time I was there a couple months ago, when I was driving I noticed my nails were smudged because she told me they were all set but she had rushed and the coats didn’t dry all the way. The shape was lumpy, uneven, she did a lazy quick job and I had polish all over my fingers. I went directly to a better salon to have my nails completely redone, even though I should have went back and maybe had another employee fix them since I left a large tip regardless of her attitude problem, but that would’ve been so uncomfortable and awkward that I did not want to go back.nnEvery single time I’ve had an appointment, I ended up having to wait 30-60 minutes.nnI am not leaving this negative review out of spite - even though I will not be returning, I hope maybe this review will be helpful to the employees to be more respectful towards customers, their money and their time.
