We bought an oven/range from Wickford Appliance in Middletown after doing much research. We liked the fact that they are an appliance repair company, and do the repairs on what they sell. They matched the local sale price on an oven/range that we really loved. We also bought a 5 year repair contract. 4 1/2 years later, the range wasn't working 100%, so we called Wickford Appliance for the repair. Josh came out and was friendly, efficient, and fixed the range like new - no bill. The parts alone would have cost more than the repair contract. We couldn't be happier with our oven/range and Wickford Appliance. We are giving them 5 stars.
Excellent buying experience. Very knowledgeable associate, great selection, and sensitivity to our specific needs and wants. Ordered a range and overhead microwave oven, and Willie was great to work with. Highly recommended. I’ll edit this after delivery and installation.
William at the Middletown store was wonderful to work with. My new washer and dryer were delivered on time. Rey and his delivery team were friendly, efficient and informative! I highly recommend Wickford Appliances.
