I used the Subway app to pickup my order at the store. Unfortunately another customer picked up my order accidentally even though the store clearly wrote the name on the order clearly displayed on the bag so obviously the other person was in a rush or just negligent. The staff at the store were apologetic about it and made my order on the spot which I appreciated very much and I was happy with my experience.

The sandwiches were more bread than anything else. The meat portion on the steak was very small and not very flavorful. The Italian BMT wasn't much better. We actually wanted meatball subs but the equipment was not working to make them. Usually this location is good but missed the mark on this visit. I think I may start going to the other location.

Usually a huge fan of subway, however, this particular Subway served an unfortunate disappointed fan. As a frequent customer of Subway and former shift leader, upon entering I am most familiar with a friendly greetful staff that is delighted when a paying customer enters the establishment.nnThis morning was a very unfamiliar feeling walking into this Subway establishment as well as a disappointment.nnThe staff was unfriendly, the bread to my surprise, which is always fresh upon opening, was not fresh an hour after opening at 9 a.m. and the vegetables looked like they have been sitting in the coldwell for weeks...nnI have much more affinity for the majority of subways I have visited in the morning, but this particular Subway is very uncommon to me. Visiting this Subway in the evening alone is a much better experience than the morning.nnPatrons beware of visiting this Subway after starting the morning with a bright smile for it may turn to a frown and a positive outlook to the day may turn negative.nnThe amount of disgust did not allow me to finish the sandwich.

Employees at this location are always friendly and they appear to actually care how your food is prepared to your liking.
