Excellent experience! Office was super clean and relaxing. Practice Manager was very professional and assisted me with the forms and the Practice Portal. She even informed me about discounts/coupons that may be available. This office uses all of the COVID-19 precautions and is mindful of safety.nnJana is an NP. This was my first time seeing Jana at Radiant Esthetics. She not only took her time but she made me feel very comfortable as a first timer with her. She is precise and very knowledgeable about the process. She answered all my questions thoroughly and soothed any concern I felt. She even gave me cute little “to-go” ice packs for my lips. I drive an extra 45 minutes for her services and I would highly commend her!
If you haven't been to Radiant Esthetics what are you waiting for? I highly highly recommend Janu. Her office is immaculate, calming and quiet. She was very professional and welcoming and she took her time getting to know me and what type of services I was looking for. Her technique is very gentle and the best of all I had no bruising (the first time ever). A week later I am beyond happy with the results and I will be back!
