To me a haircut is a haircut...if it isn't perfect.... give it a few weeks... if it is perfect.... give it a few weeks... They were ready and able when I arrived. I am happy
Was good service. They took us as wsik in appointments.
They were supposed to dye my hair a light ash blond. My hair is already light blonde so it should have been easy for them to do it. But as you can see they gave it a darker brassy color. Three times I went to them and they keep saying they can fix it and all they do is make it darker and worse cause my hair damage.
COVID polices are on point. Felt safe, the staff was very kind and professional. Got a great hair cut so will repeat.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sat outside the door knocking and calling for a half hour, the lady inside locked the door then left out the back door. I had an appointment for 1pm, never even got the haircut. Had to call the second location to see what was going on. To have people make appointments then show up on time and do as they are told just to get ignored. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
