Great foot and leg massage! Good price. Not a 5 star atmosphere
I had a pedicure here. The place was very clean. The ladies were pleasant. My only complaint was they didn't have air conditioning.
This establishment is obviously not open to make their customers, who provide them with an income to remain in business, satisfied! Extremely unprofessional and have a way with their words towards those who drove almost an hour to get there. Not to mention, when contacted to not only set up an appointment but to also ensure they could provide a certain service within that appointment, such as acrylic nails, they stated YES multiple times! Only to show up, be told there is not enough staff members, and that they do NOT provide the specific service that was originally requested over the telephone. This world has been facing a pandemic for a couple of months, leaving individuals to naturally feel un-kept. When faze one finally became, many were excited to get back to their personal desired upkeeping but unfortunately, it is 'establishments' like Young Nail Spa in Jamestown Providence, RI that leave individuals feeling uncomfortable while trying to do so. I would NOT recommend this 'place of business' to anyone looking for professionalism and mutual respect! Extremely disappointed to say the least!!
Good spa nail salon
Very nasty people. The manicure lady is not experienced and i asked her to remove my cuticles better and she starts complaining ti her boss in their language( maybe chinese??) And the boss came to do my pedicure worst than the first one. When I asked her again about removed cuticles she told me to go because they cannot to do better. I left immediately because I don't want any cobtact with nasty people. Very bad profissionals.
