It has been such an amazing experience working with Michelle and Todd. When reaching out to them for concerning maintenance or other reason's, theynresponse expeditiously, and that truly means a lot. This community feels much like a home rather than an apartment style living community. The grounds are kept up and treated, rather in the summer or winter. It makes the decision to purchase a home more distant and a little less considerable.

Todd our maintenance man called us immediately and helped us trouble shoot and fix our problem. He was courteous and promt. It is Always a pleasure when we see him and he Always has a smile .

We’ve been here over a year now and are still quite pleased. Every maintenance request has been met promptly and competently. I think we’re lucky to have a maintenance man like Todd and a community manager like Michelle. This place looks better and feels more like a permanent home than neighboring complexes and the staff is the reason.

I have rented all over the country because of my job. I lived here three years and have never, in over a dozen other places, encountered a property management team as competent and professional, as well as accommodating, as Michelle and her crew. The city of Perrysburg had to fix an electrical problem on their end that impacted my unit and my neighbor, which meant I had no air conditioning at the hottest time of the summer for about a week. The issue was with the city’s electrical infrastructure, and it happened suddenly very late one night. I called the emergency maintenance number and they came out right away, despite it being nearly midnight. When they found out that the problem was on the city’s end the next day, Michelle stayed after closing hours to set me up with a portable air conditioning unit with the option to stay in a hotel if their temporary solution didn’t work, and the problem wasn’t even in Redwood’s control. A similar issue happened in another place I stayed in Oregon, where the problem was with the city infrastructure and had nothing to do with the property I was staying on, and they said I was out of luck. I never had a single issue that Michelle and Todd didn’t address right away. If work brings me back to the Perrysburg area, I know where I’ll stay!

Todd, replaced the window blinds. Much better type of blinds!!! Also, a toilet was clogged and he fixed that as well. Wonderful job!!! Very much appreciated!!! Thank you so much!!!
